Returns
We want you to love your purchase! However, we also understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, let us know, and we will work with you to try and make it right.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, this can only be done before the item has been shipped. Kilik will refund you the full amount paid. If the item has already shipped, you will need to return or exchange it once received.
Return/Exchange Policy
You have 14 days from the day of delivery to return or exchange your item. You can start the return process by emailing us at hellokilikshop@gmail.com.
Return/Exchange Eligibility Criteria:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and with tags attached (if applicable), and in their original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.
- Please inspect your order once delivered and notify us within 3 days if the item is damaged, defective, or if there’s a mistake with your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Please keep in mind if the item was sent incorrectly or the item arrived damaged we will happily send you a return label. If you are returning due to changing your mind, other or you simply did not like the item Kilik Shop will not be responsible for the return/exchange shipping. For this reason, please be sure to carefully confirm the items you will be purchasing before placing your order.
The following are NOT eligible for Return or Exchange:
- Sale Items: Products purchased on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you received our refund confirmation email but haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again to confirm the refund hasn't posted.
- Contact your credit card company, sometimes it takes additional time for refunds to officially post.
- Contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is reflected in your account.

Shipping
Shipping rates will be automatically applied at checkout. You will have the option to select from different shipment options depending on how quickly you want your item to arrive.
Please allow 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed prior to shipment. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number with details so you know exactly when it will be delivered. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update and reflect transit activity.
Shipping for Refunds & Exchanges

Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.For this reason, please be sure to carefully confirm the items you will be purchasing before placing your order.
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship your replacement item(s) within 3-4 business days after receiving your return.
