Shipping policy

Shipping rates will be automatically applied at checkout. You will have the option to select from different shipment options depending on how quickly you want your item to arrive.

Please allow 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed prior to shipment. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number with details so you know exactly when it will be delivered. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update and reflect transit activity.

Shipping for Refunds & Exchanges

Please keep in mind if an item was sent incorrectly or the item arrived damaged we will happily send you a return label. If you are returning due to changing your mind, other or you simply did not like the item Kilik Shop will not be responsible for the return/exchange shipping. Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.For this reason, please be sure to carefully confirm the items you will be purchasing before placing your order.

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship your replacement item(s) within 3-4 business days after receiving your return.
